TalTechis korraldati enam kui 12 riigist doktorantidele OpenInnoTraini ja ISPIMi laborid

Täname OpenInnoTrain projekti meeskonda, kes usaldas TalTech majandusteaduskonda / ärikorralduse instituuti / Mektoryt, et korraldada koos 43 doktorandiga projekti viimane suvekool. Lisaks täname ISPIMi võrgustikku, mis tõi TalTechi 70 doktorandiga ISPIM Junior Research Lab'i.

3.-7. juunini 2024 toimus OpenInnoTrain suvekool, mis keskendus sotsiaalsele mõjule, ning 9. juunil 2024 ühines ISPIMi Junior Research Lab sujuvalt DAADi rahastatud projektiga „Junior Researcher LAB on Digital and Sustainable Transformation“, mis inspireeris Balti riikide ja Saksamaa teaduskoostööd.

Ehk siis 100+ doktorant-nooremteadurit 12+ eri riigist on omavahel võrgustunud, teadlikumad sotsiaalse mõju teemadest, osalenud ISPIM innovaatiliste õpetamismeetodite, jätkusuutlikkuse ja tegevusuuringu töötubades, kuulanud professor Mari-Klara Steini peaettekannet kuidas olla strateegiline, samas oma südamekutset jälgiv teadlane ning uurinud teemasid nagu tehisintellekt ja majandus (professor Tarmo Kalvet, vanemteadur Marek Tiits, NESTA), jätkusuutlikkus ja ringmajandus (professor Wolfgang Gerstlberger, doktorant-nooremteadurid Margit Kull ja Tarlan Ahmadov) ja palju muud. Visamad liikusid edasi ISPIM konverentsile 10.-12. juunil 2024 Kultuurikatlas.

We thank the OpenInnoTrain project team for trusting our TalTech School of Business and Governance / Department of Business Administration / Mektory team to co-organize the final summer school of the project with 43 doctoral students. And thanks to the ISPIM network, which brought the ISPIM Junior Research Lab with 70 doctoral students to TalTech.

Most excitingly, from June 3-7, 2024, the OpenInnoTrain summer school focused on social impact, and on June 9, 2024, the ISPIM Junior Research Lab seamlessly joined with the DAAD-funded project “Junior Researcher LAB on Digital and Sustainable Transformation”, inspiring research cooperation between the Baltic States and Germany.

Thus, over 100 doctoral students and junior researchers from more than 12 different countries have networked, become more aware of social impact issues, participated in ISPIM's workshops on innovative teaching methods, sustainability, and action research, listened to Professor Mari-Klara Stein's keynote on being a strategic yet heart-driven researcher, and explored topics like AI & economics (Professor Tarmo Kalvet, senior researcher Marek Tiits, NESTA), sustainability & circular economy (Professor Wolfgang Gerstlberger, doctoral students Margit Kull and Tarlan Ahmadov), and much more. The most dedicated participants continued to the ISPIM conference from June 10-12, 2024, at Kultuurikatel.
