Instituudi õppejõud panustasid personalijuhtimise käsiraamatusse

Rahvusvahelisel personalijuhtimise päeval, 20. mail lõppesid Tartus ERMis alates 13. märtsist üle Eesti toimunud Personalijuhtimise käsiraamatu esitlused. 

Personalitöö Arendamise Ühingu (PARE) poolt välja antud viiendal käsiraamatul on suur seos meie õppejõududega. Raamatu koostas Maris Zernand-Vilson ja peatükkide autoriteks on samuti meie õppejõud Liina Randmann, Merle Ojasoo ja Mailiis Neppo. 

Käsiraamat kajastab aktuaalseid personalijuhtimise teemasid Eesti kontekstis. See on suunatud nii valdkonnaga tutvuvale tudengile, kui personali eest vastutavale töötajale era-, avalikus, ja kolmandas sektoris. Raamat on olemas ka meie raamatukogus ja tellitav nii elektrooniliselt, kui paberil PARE kodulehelt. 

On the International Human Resource Management Day, 20 May, the presentations of the Human Resource Management Handbook, which had been held since 13 March all over Estonia, came to an end at the ERM in Tartu.

The fifth edition of the handbook, published by the Association for the Advancement of Human Resource Development (PARE), has a strong link with our lecturers. The book was compiled by Maris Zernand-Vilson and the chapters are also written by our lecturers Liina Randmann, Merle Ojasoo and Mailiis Neppo.

The handbook reflects current human resource management issues in the Estonian context. It is aimed both at students new to the field and at personnel managers in the private, public and third sectors. The book is also available in our library and can be ordered electronically or in hard copy from the PARE website.
