Varundamine on mõistlik seadistada oma põhilises tööarvutis ( Varundamine OneDrive ) ja klassiruumiarvutites kasutada File Explorer-it ning muudes arvutites veebilehitseja kaudu juurdepääsu oma failidele.

Backup Folders is good idea to set up on your main work computer ( OneDrive Backup ) and classroom computers to use File Explorer and on other computers to access your files through a Web browser.

Kui olete oma peamise tööarvuti olulised failide kataloogid nagu Desktop - Documents - Pictures jne varundanud pilvekettale OneDrive - tekib Teil võimalus juurde pääseda oma varundatud kataloogide sisule klassiarvutite File Explorer-i vahendusel avades OneDrive-i.

Once you've backed up important file directories on your work computer, such as Desktop - Documents - Pictures, etc., to the OneDrive cloud drive, you'll be able to access the contents of your backed up directories through File Explorer on classroom computers by opening OneDrive.

Klassiruumi ja keskhalduses arvutites OneDrive sisselogimine toimub automaatselt kuid võtab minuti või paar aega.

On classroom and centralized computers, OneDrive logs on automatically but takes a minute or two.

PS Mõlemal eeltoodud juhul ei sünkroniseerita kasutaja kaustasid ja nende sisu arvutisse. Vaid kuvatakse kaustade ja failide pealkirjad ning avatakse ainult need failid, mida kasutatakse. Sünkroniseerimis staatust markeerib OneDrive pilveikoon

PS In both cases, user folders and their contents are not synchronized with the computer. Only the titles of the folders and files are displayed, and only the files that are in use are opened. Sync status is indicated by a OneDrive cloud icon
