Submitting and viewing applications

The choice of the applications in the ÕIS (academic leave, specialization, scholarship, APEL application, acceptance of practice etc.) depends of the student's data, level of study and the application period for scholarship.
Where can I submit applications?
- Go to menu: Documents > APPLICATIONS
Submitting applications
- Submit new section are displayed list of application forms available on this workplace. To submit an application click on “Apply“:
- Fill the form and click on the button "Save" or "Save and Submit" (depending of the type of application) to submit application.
My applications section are displayed list of applications already submitted or in process (If no applications match that criteria then message “Entries not found” is being displayed). You will see the content of the application when you click "View":
Search for applications
- You can search your applications by filtering applications by their type / status:

Editing applications in status Presented/under preparation
- You can change applications in the status presented or under preparation by clicking on "Edit":
