Visiting student application

• Programme director

  • approves the student's application for study abroad: EuroTeQ or short-term/integrated mobility.

  • digitally signs the referral form for study mobility in Estonia

In OIS, you can find the applications in the menu Documents-> Visiting student application

You can choose one or more search parameters (“+” - you can add a parameter and “-” - remove a parameter)

EuroTeQ or short term/embedded mobility application must be approved bu programme director

If the application is rejected, an explanation must be included.

Programme director signs digitally the referral form for study mobility in Estonia

You can see a preview of the referral page under "Print".

If the referral form is digitally signed, the application is satisfied. The student will receive a notification about this.
The referral form can be downloaded.
