Making changes in application and project data and application/project statuses in Lists

The easiest way to display or make changes to the data on the form is to double-click or select the application in Lists and select “Edit”: 

 

A project application has the following statuses: 

  1. In progress – after the person entering the application has filled out the required data fields and saved the entry;

  2. Pending – the person entering the application has requested approval of the head of the structural unit; 

  3. Approved – the head of the structural unit has approved the application; 

  4. Not approved – the head of the structural unit has rejected the request for approval; 

  5. Verified – the grant advisor has reviewed the application data and the application will be registered; 

  6. Registered – the Chief Officer of R&D Projects of the Research Administration Office has reviewed the application data and the application has been registered in Delta and is pending a decision; 

  7. Funded – the application has received a positive funding decision or evaluation result; 

  8. Not funded – the application has received a negative funding decision or evaluation result; 

  9. Cancelled – the application has not been submitted. 

A project (contract) has the following statuses: 

  1. Being updated – if the record was created after the application was marked as funded; 

  2. Verified – the grant advisor has reviewed the application data and the application will be registered; 

  3. Funded – after the registrar of the Research Administration Office has registered the project contract in Delta and entered additional data; 

  4. Completed – the project end date has passed.
