Videovõimekusega auditooriumite esitlustehniline sisseseade ja eesmärk on võimaldada erinevate hübriidõppe vormide läbiviimist. Ruumides olev tehnika võimaldab teha videoülekannet, milles on kaamerast nähtav ruumis toimuv (erinevad kaamera positsioonid: õppejõu laud, kogu ruum, jne) ning ka kuuldav õppejõu jutt lipsumikrofoni abil. Samuti saab ülekannet eemalt jälgiv (distantsil) üliõpilane esitada ruumi helisüsteemi kaudu oma küsimusi/vastuseid ja võimalik on ka kuvada tema (või kõigi teiste distantsil osalejate) pilti ekraanil.

The presentation equipment and purpose of auditoriums with video capability is to enable various forms of hybrid learning. The technology in the rooms allows to make a video calls, in which the participants of the call can see what is happening in the room (different camera positions: lecturer's desk, whole room, etc.) and also the lecturer's speech can be heard using a lavalier microphone. The student watching the broadcast remotely can present his/her questions/answers through the room sound system and it is also possible to display his/her (or all other participants in the distance) picture on the screens.

Projektor

Projektorisse saab edastada nii ruumi arvuti pilti - sisendi valiku nupp "PC", kui ka kaasa toodud sülearvuti või mõne muu HDMI väljundiga seadme pilti, lülitades nuppu "HDMI".

Nii ruumi arvutist kui sülearvutist on võimalik pilti edastada nii "Duplicate" kui "Extended" režiimis:

Duplicate - arvuti ekraanil ja projektori ekraanil vaikimisi sama pilt (PowerPoint'i puhul näitab üks ekraan esitleja vaadet e presenter view).

Extend - arvuti ekraan on laiendatud projektorile e neil saab kuvada erinevat sisu (näieks projektoris esitlus/slaid, arvuti ekraanil Teams/BBB/Zoom vms

Projector

You can present the image of the room computer - input selection button "PC" as well as the image of the a laptop or other device with HDMI output to the projector by pressing the "HDMI" button.

It is possible to transfer an image from both the room computer and the laptop in "Duplicate" or "Extended" mode:

Duplicate - the same image on the computer screen and the projector screen by default (for PowerPoint, one screen shows the presenter view).

Extend - the computer screen is extended to the projector, ie they can display different content (for example, presentation/slide on the projector, Teams/BBB/Zoom, etc. on the computer screen).

Videokonverents

Videoloengu pidamiseks on ruum varustatud kaamera ja juhtmevaba lipsumikrofoniga. Kaamera asub ruumi tagumises osas ja selle juhtimine käib lauapealsest juhtpaneelist nupu "CAM" alt. 

Kaamera eelsalvestatud positsioonide muutmiseks hoia "CAM" nuppu all - kaamera vahetab positsiooni. Kaamera pildi kontrollimiseks on seda võimalik sarnaselt arvuti ja HDMI sisendile projektorisse saata "CAM" nuppu vajutades. 

Ruumi kaamera pilt on edastatud vastava seadme abil ruumi arvutisse ja on seal käsitletav kui veebikaamera. Samamoodi on arvutisse edastatud ka lipsumikrofoni heli. Videokonverentsi rakenduses (Teams, BBB, Zoom vms) veendu, et kaameraks ja mikrofoniks on valitud "Blackmagic Web Presenter".

Ruum on varustatud ka kõlaritega, mille kaudu on kuuldav arvutis esitatv heli: näiteks videoklipp või videokonverentsi vastaspooled jms. 

Heliprobleemide korral kontrolli, kas arvuti heliseadetes on esitavaks seadmeks (Playback) konkreetse ruumi numbriga helisüsteem (nt "U03-301 Sound System") ja salvestavaks seadmeks (Recording) ruumi numbriga mikrofon (nt "U03-301 Microphone"). 

Valdav osa videokonverentsi võimekusega ruume on varustatud ka Echo360 salvestusseadmega. Echo kasutamise juhised on leitavad siit. Nimekiri erineva videovõimekusega ruumidest asub siin. 

Video conferencing

The room is equipped with a camera and a wireless lavalier microphone for video lectures. The camera is located in the back of the room and is controlled from the "CAM" button on the control panel.

To change the camera's pre-recorded positions, hold down the "CAM" button - the camera will change position. To check the camera image, it can be sent to the projector by pressing the "CAM" button, similar to the computer and HDMI input.

The image of the room camera is transmitted to the room computer using the corresponding device and can be treated as a webcam there. In the same way, the sound of the lavalier microphone is transmitted to the computer. In the video conferencing application (Teams, BBB, Zoom, etc.), make sure that "Blackmagic Web Presenter" is selected as the camera and microphone.

The room is also equipped with speakers through which the sound of a computer can be heard: for example, a video clip or video conferencing parties, etc.

In the event of sound problems, check that the computer's audio settings include a Playback device with a specific room number (eg, "U03-301 Sound System") and a Recording device with a room number microphone (eg, "U03-301 Microphone").
