1. The key functionalities of the app

You can find MS Lists in Sharepoint or the Office 365 suite, accessible through any web browser or on the webpage https://www.microsoft365.com/ under the Office 365 suite by selecting “Apps” from the left-hand side menu. 

 

In the R&D project applications and R&D projects lists, each user can see the applications/projects related to him/her. The easiest way to add project managers to applications is to notify your school’s contact person in the Research Administration Office. 

When opening MS Lists, the user can first see the lists he/she recently worked on, which can also be marked as favourites by clicking on the star in the upper right corner of the corresponding list icon. 

In the lists, you can filter, group, sort, etc. the data in each column. For example, you can find the required application by acronym as follows:
