Power BI raporti vaatamine / Report Usage

Power BI raportite vaatamiseks peab kasutaja olema sisseloginud TalTech siseportaali veebilehele aadressiga: https://portal.taltech.ee

Raportid leiad siseportaali üldjuhtimise rubriigi

alamrubriigi “Numbrites” lingilt “Power BI raportid”
paremveerust pealkirja “TOP 3” all

Lingile vajutades avaneb vaade:

Aruandeid on võimalik otsida kasutades otsinguriba.
Aruanded on leitavad ka erinavate aruande teema kategooria rubriikide alt:

Kõik aruanded on loetelus. Kui näed töönuppu “Kuva aruanne”, siis see näitab, et Sul on selle aruande vaatamise õigus.

Aruannet saad avada ka uues suuremas ja siseportaali raamita aknas.

Töölink “Teavita aruande veast” avab tugiportaali vormi.

Kasutajane ei pruugi Sul kõigile aruannetele ligipääsuõigust olla. Sel juhul kuvab Power BI aruande asemel teadet, et Sul puudub vastav õigus.

To use the Power BI reports, the user must be logged into the TalTech internal website: https://portal.taltech.ee

Once the user has logged on, then the Power BI reports can be found on “Management” tab under “In Numbers” and link “Power Bi Reports”.

Clicking on the link opens a view:

Reports can be searched using the search bar.
The reports can also be found under the different headings of the report subject category:

All reports are listed. If you see the "Open report" button, it means that you have the right to view this report.

Reports can be opened in a new bigger window.

The "Submit reports mistake" link opens the support portal form.

As a User, you may not have access rights to all reports. In this case, Power BI displays a message that you do not have the permission instead of the report.
