Seoses Teie õppima asumisega Tallinna Tehnikaülikooli on teile loodud ülikooli poolt elektrooniline identiteet "Uni-ID", mis koosneb kasutajatunnusest ja salasõnast. 

Esmase Uni-ID konto parooli seadistamiseks saadetakse Teile e-kiri esmase parooliga või viitega parooliseadistamise keskkonnale pass.taltech.ee, juhul kui kasutaja konto on Eesti isikukoodiga seotud.

Kontole rakendub ka kahetasemeline isikutuvastus. Rohkem infot Uni-ID kohta leiad siit.

Instructions and advice for STUDENTS 

In connection with your commencement of studies at the Tallinn University of Technology, the university has created an electronic identity "Uni-ID" for you, which consists of a username and password.

To set a password for your Uni-ID account, an email with the initial password will be sent to you or with a reference to the password resetting environment pass.taltech.ee, if your account has been tied to the Estonian ID number.

A two-level authentication also applies to the account. You can find more information about the Uni-id here.

Kasutajakonto, TalTech Uni-ID

Ülikooli infosüsteemidesse ja õpperuumide arvutitesse on logimiseks vajalik TalTech UNI-ID konto. Sõltuvalt teenusest on võimalik lisaks kasutajanimele ja paroolile kasutada ka ID-kaarti, Mobiil-IDd või Smart-IDd.

User account, TalTech Uni-ID

A TalTech UNI-ID account first thing that you need to log in to the university's information systems and classroom computers. Depending on the service, in addition to the username and password, it is also possible to use an ID card, Mobile ID or Smart-ID.

Ülikooli äpp toob ühele töölauale kokku kalendri, teavitused, uudised, sündmused, deklareeritud ained ja palju muud. Leia TalTech Äpp google play poest või Apple poest .

TalTech App

University app brings calendar, notifications, news, events, applied courses and other important information onto one dashboard. Find and download it from google play store or Apple store .

E-post

Kõikidel üliõpilastel on TalTechi e-posti konto, mille kaudu toimub kogu ametlik suhtlus ülikooli ja õppejõududega. E-posti saab logida veebist aadressilt http://mail.taltech.ee, kasutades UNI-ID kasutajakontot.

Täpsem info ülikooli e-posti kohta asub E-posti juhendis. Uni-ID konto (ning ka ligipääs e-mailidele) suletakse 100 päeva pärast üliõpilase eksmatrikuleerimist.

E-mail

All students have a TalTech e-mail account, through which all official communication with the university and lectors takes place. E-mail can be logged from the web at http://mail.taltech.ee, using a UNI-ID user account.

More information about the university's e-mail can be found in the E-mail guide. The Uni-ID account (as well as access to e-mails) will be closed 100 days after the student's exmatriculation

Õppeinfosüsteem

Õppeinfosüsteemis saavad üliõpilased hallata ainete deklaratsioone, avaldusi ning muud asjaajamisega seotud töövoogusid. Üliõpilased pääsevad TalTech õppeinfosüsteemi aadressilt https://ois2.ttu.ee
Logida on võimalik kas TalTech Uni-ID, Smart-ID, Mobiil-ID või Eesti ID-kaardiga.

Study Information System (ÕIS)

Study information system is to manage all official workflows and applications, like applying to courses. Students can access the TalTech study information system at https://ois2.ttu.ee
It is possible to log in with TalTech UNI-ID, Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or Estonian ID-card.

Instructions for using the study information system can be found in the footer of the ÕIS home page, in the menu "Instructions for use"

Moodle

Tehnikaülikooli ametlik e-õppe keskkond on TalTech Moodle, millele saab siseneda aadressilt https://moodle.taltech.ee Moodlesse saavad kõik kasutajad logida UNI-ID kontoga.
Moodle tugimaterjalid asuvad moodle lehel, abimaterjalide menüüs.

Teams

WIFI

Linnakus levib kaks ametlikku wifi võrku:

  • TalTech - avalik wifi, ilma autentimiseta. Võivad kehtida piirangud

  • Eduroam - Soovituslik, turvalisem, millesse ühendumise juhendi leiab siit.

Onedrive pilveketas

Onedrive - IT osakonna poolt toetatud ja soovitatud pilvekataloog failide hoidmiseks ja jagamiseks. Kataloogile veebipõhine juurdepääs toimub ülikooli e-postkasti kaudu.
Samuti on võimalik see ühendada mugavalt windows 10 arvutisse, millesse on sisse ehitatud „Onedrive“ klientprogramm - tuleb lihtsalt TalTech UNI-ID kontoga logida.

Onedrive Cloud

Onedrive - A cloud directory supported and recommended by the IT department for storing and sharing files. Online access to the catalog is via the university's e-mail.
It is also possible to conveniently connect it to a windows 10 computer with a built-in "Onedrive" client program - just log in to your TalTech UNI-ID account

Lokaalsed võrgukettad

Õpperuumide arvutites on automaatselt ligipääs järgmistele ressurssidele:

P: - kodukataloog, tehtud tööde jaoks. Maht 500MB
M: - õppematerjalide ketas. kättesaadav ka veebi kaudu 
W: - avalik veebiketas 50MB. Juhend veebiketta kasutamiseks. 

NB: Kõikide kontode puhul (üliõpilane, töötaja, külaline), õpperuumi arvutites faile lokaalsel kettal ei säilitata.

Local network drives

The following resources are automatically accessible on classroom computers:

P: - home directory, for work files. Capacity 500MB
M: - study material disc. also available on the web
W: - 50MB public web disk. Guide to using the web disk.

NB: For all accounts (student, employee, guest), files are not stored on the local disk on the computers in the study room.

Kaugtöö

Kaugtööteenused võimaldavad väljaspoolt ülikooli liigipääsu oma kodukataloogi, materjalidele, veebikettale, raamatukogu andmebaasidele jne

Remote Access

Remote  access allows to connect to your home directory, materials, web disk, library databases, etc. from outside the university

Tarkvara

Ülikoolis litsentseeritud tarkvarade kohta leiab infot SIIT. Õpperuumides saada olevate tarkvarade nimistu leiab õpperuumide tarkvara artiklist. Tarkvara saavad õpperuumidesse juurde tellida vaid õppejõud.

Raamatukogu 24/7 õpituba

TalTechi raamatukoguhoone 1. korruse ruumis LIB-103 asub 24/7 avatud õpituba. Ööpäev läbi avatud ruum on mõeldud kõigile TalTechi töötajatele ja üliõpilastele õppe- ja teadustöö tegemiseks. Ruumis saab teha rühmatööd, läbi viia arutelusid, intervjuusid, konsultatsioone jms. Üheaegselt saab ruumi kasutada 14-20 inimest.

Õpitoas on videovalve, kuid korra, isiklike asjade, puhtuse, vaikuse ja ruumis olevate asjade eest tuleb vastutada ise. 

Ruumi pääseb ainult TalTechi liikmeskond oma ISIC-, ITIC- või tehnikaülikooli personalikaardiga. Alati pääseb sisse ja välja raamatukoguhoone Akadeemia tee poolse välisukse kaudu, ülikooli tööaegadel ka raamatukogu fuajeest kohvikupoolse vaheukse kaudu.

Ruumis on WiFi levi, kuus arvutiga varustatud töökohta, iseteeninduslik printer/ koopiamasin Print in City teenuse kasutamiseks ja kaks rühmatööks kujundatud nurgakest.

Arvutitesse saab logida Uni-IDga või Eesti ID-kaardiga. Arvutikaablite lahti- või ümberühendamine ei ole lubatud.

Kiirelt info leidmiseks on teatmeriiulil valik entsüklopeediaid ja sõnastikke, raamatud on mõeldud kohal kasutamiseks.

Library 24/7 study ruum

There is a 24/7 open study room in the LIB-103 room on the 1st floor of the TalTech library building. The 24-hour room is intended for all TalTech employees and students to study and research. In the room you can do group work, conduct discussions, interviews, consultations, etc. The room can be used by 14-20 people at a time.

There is video surveillance in the study room, but you have to take responsibility for order, personal belongings, cleanliness, silence and things in the room. 

Only TalTech members can access the room with their ISIC, ITIC or university personnel card. You can always enter and exit the library building through the front door on Akadeemia tee, during university opening hours also from the library lobby through the intermediate door on the café side.

There is Wi-Fi access, six computers, a self-service printer / copier for Print in City and two corners designed for group work.

You can log in to computers with Uni-ID or Estonian ID card. Disconnecting or reconnecting computer cables is not permitted.

There is a selection of encyclopedias and dictionaries on the theater shelf for quick information, the books are intended for use here.

 

Abi info otsimisel andmebaasidest ja muud nõustamist saab infokonsultandilt raamatukogu 2. korruselt tulles kohale, helistades 620 3553 või kirjutades info@lib.taltech.ee.

Assistance in searching for information in databases and other advice can be obtained from the information consultant on the 2nd floor of the library by calling 620 3553 or writing to info@lib.taltech.ee.

Läbipääsu- või turvaprobleemide korral saab abi ülikooli turvateenistusest 620 2112, turvatalitus@taltech.ee.
