  1. Open the Outlook or Android email app that you previously downloaded on your phone.

  2. Select Office365 as the account type.

  1. To use the app, you need to agree to the permissions requested. Tap Activate:

Note! Office365 cloud service and the Android email app will request permission. The IT department has not configured these services. By granting permission, we do not gain access to your phone or its contents; however, it does allow remote wipe (factory reset) capabilities through the cloud service. We only perform this action at the user's request.

If you do not wish to grant permission, you will need to use an alternative email app, such as the mobile Outlook app.
