Süsteemi käivitamine
Seminariruumi esitlustehnika käivitamine ja juhtimine toimub puutetundliku juhtpaneeli kaudu, mis asub ruumi kõnepuldis:
Kui puutepaneel on pime ning ei kuva kasutajaliidest, puudutage paneeli keskosa et paneel unest äratada.
Kui graafilise kasutajaliidese nupud ning sildid kasutajaliides on Inglise keeles, leidke üles keelevaliku nupud puutepaneeli all ääres paremas nurgas ning vajutage ümmargusele Eesti lipu värvides nupule kasutajaliidese eestikeelseks muutmiseks.
Süsteemi käivitamiseks vajutage paneeli keskel olevat „Alusta" kirjaga nuppu.
Sisu kuvamine ekraanidele
Ekraanile sisu kuvamiseks ühenda oma seade kõnepuldi HDMI juhtmega ning vali paneelilt projektori sisendiks „HDMI":
Heli seadistamine
Ruumi heliseadmete reguleerimine käib puutetundliku paneeli paremas ääres asetsevate nuppude abil:
Ruumis kasutusel olevate mikrofonide aktiveerimiseks või vaigistamiseks vajuta soovitud mikrofoni nimetuse all olevat nuppu. Näiteks lipsumikrofoni aktiveerimiseks vajuta nupp „ON" asendisse.
Ruum on varustatud laemikrofoniga, mis on vastavalt valitud režiimile võimeline püüdma kogu ruumi piires esitatavat heli:
Laemikrofon on piisav ruumis tehtava ettekande, loengu, salvestuse ja ka kogu ruumi piires esitatavate küsimuste ning kommentaaride püüdmiseks. Laemikrofoni kasutades ei ole vaja eraldi lipsu- või käsimikrofoni kasutada.
Laemikrofonil on kolm eelsalvestatud katvusala seadet. Nende valimiseks vajuta puutetundlikul juhtpaneelil nuppu „Seaded":
Videosalvestus
Ruum on varustatud kaameratega videoülekande, loengusalvestuse või videokonverentsi pidamiseks. Üks kaamera asub laes akende juures ning on mõeldud filmima kõnepuldis ja ekraanide ees toimuvat, teine kaamera asub laes ruumi keskel ning annab võimaluse filmida rühmatöö laudadel toimuvat.
Kaamerate pilt edastatakse ruumi arvutisse (kuvatud arvutis nimega „Blackmagic Web Presenter") ning Echo360 salvestusseadmesse. Ruumi arvutis on võimalik kaamerate pilti kasutada erinevates rakendustes: Teams, BigBlueButton, Zoom, Skype jms. Kontrolli vastava rakenduse seadetest, kas kaamera ja heliseadmena on valitud „Blackmagic Web Presenter" .
Arvutis ja salvestusseadmes saab korraga kuvada ühe kaamera pilti. Aktiivse kaamera valimine toimub soovitud kaamera nimetusega nupule vajutamisel:Õppejõuvaade – kuvab salvestuses ja arvutis kõnepuldi ja/või ekraanide ala.
Töökohavaade – kuvab salvestuses ja arvutis rühmatöö laudad vaated.
Mõlemal kaameral on eelsalvestatud positsioonid. Nende valimiseks hoia soovitud kaamera nuppu all 2 sekundit. Kuvatakse valitud kaamera eelsalvestatud positsioonid. Kaamerate eelsalvestatud positsioonide muutmine avaneb ka nupu „Seaded" vaatest:Seadete vaatest on võimalik kaameraid ka käsitsi juhtida sobiva kaadri leidmiseks kasutades „Pööra/Keera" ja „Zoom" valikuid.
Puutetundlik ekraan ja töökoha ekraanid
Ruum on varustatud projektori ekraani kõrval asetseva puutetundliku ekraaniga (juhtpaneelil „LCD puuteekraan"). Antud ekraani põhiline funktsioon on töökoha laudade otstes olevate ekraanide sisu juhtimine. Süsteemi südameks on Wolfvision Cynap seadmed, mis võimaldavad LCD puuteekraanil olevat sisu jagada reaalajas kõikide töökoha ekraanidega ning ka töökoha ekraanide pilte üle võtta ja kuvada neid LCD puuteekraanil. Samuti on võimalik töökoha ekraanide piltide omavaheline kommuteerimine.Eelpool mainitud pildiedastuste tegemiseks peab LCD puuteekraani sisendiks olema valitud „Cynap":

LCD puuteekraani sisu jagamiseks kõikide ekraanidega puuduta keskmist kollast täppi ning vali „Share screen with all stations":
LCD puutekraani sisu on nüüd jagatud kõikide ekraanidega ning seda indikeerib ka seadistusvaade – kollased nooled näitavad sisu jagamise suunda:
LCD puuteekraani sisu on võimalik jagada ka ainult valitud töökohaekraanidele. Selleks puuduta keskmist kollast täppi ning lohista nool soovitud ekraani ühenduspunkti:
Sisu jagamine toimib ka vastupidises suunas. Töökohaekraani sisu kuvamiseks LCD puuteekraanil lohista nool soovitud töökoha ekraani ühenduspunktist LCD puuteekraani suunas (keskmine kollane täpp):
LCD puuteekraanile saab korraga kuvada kuni nelja töökohaekraani sisu.
Sisu jagamise vaatest väljumiseks vajuta vaate paremas servas olevale noolele:
LCD puuteekraanil on võimalik kuvada erinevaid rakendusi ja sisu. Näiteks Whiteboard'i avamiseks vajuta „+" märki ning vali „Whiteboard":
LCD puuteekraanil ruumi arvuti pildi kuvamiseks vali „PC". Nii saad kõikidel töökohaekraanidel kuvada arvutist näidatavat presentatsiooni või muud materjali.
Starting the system
The AV system is started and controlled by means of a touch-sensitive control panel located on the room lectern:
If the touchpanel is dark and not displaying the user interface, touch the central area of the panel to wake it from sleep.
If the buttons and labels on the interface are is in Estonian, please find the language selection buttons on the bottom right of the panel and press the round British flag to change the interface to English.
Click the "Start" button in the middle of the panel to turn on the system.
Sisu kuvamine ekraanidele
Seminariruumis on kuulajatele sisu näitamiseks 86-tolline LCD ekraan (juhtpaneelil tähistatud kui "LCD ekraan") ja 55-tolline interaktiivne valgetahvel (juhtpaneelil tähistatud "FlipChart"). Samuti on võimalik lülitada kõnepuldis asuva vasakpoolse arvutimonitori (juhtpaneelil tähistatud kui "Monitor") allikat. Soovitud allika soovitud ekraanil kuvamiseks tuleb vajutada vastavale nupule vastavas tulbas.
Presenting content on the screens
By default, the system starts up in a state where the projector displays a picture of a room computer (PC) on the screen. To display content from a laptop, connect your device to the HDMI cable and select "HDMI" as the projector's input from the panel:
Adjusting sound
The room audio devices can be adjusted using the buttons The seminar room features one central 86-inch LCD display (marked as "LCD Display" on the touchpanel) and one 55-inch interactive whiteboard (marked as "FlipChart" on the touchpanel). You can also switch the sources displayed on the left computer monitor above the lectern (marked as "Monitor" on the touchpanel). To perform a switch, please press the button with your desired source label in the appropriate column on the touchpanel.
Heli seadistamine
Seminariruumis on kogu ruumi kattev laekõlaritega helisüsteem ning kogu ruumi ulatuses heli püüdev laemikrofon, alternatiivina on kasutamiseks ka üks juhtmevaba lipsumikrofon ning üks käsimikrofon. Heliseadete reguleerimine käib puutetundliku paneeli paremas ääres asetsevate nuppude abil:
Audio settings
The seminar room features a sound system, a ceiling microphone which can capture sound across the entire room and two wireless microphones as an alternative. The audio settings can be adjusted with the buttons located on the right side of the touch panel:touchpanel:
Ruumi kõlaritest kostuva heli reguleerimiseks kasuta üles (helitugevuse tõstmine) ja alla nooli (helitugevuse vähendamine). Heli vaigistamiseks vajuta „MUTE".
Ruumis kasutusel olevate mikrofonide aktiveerimiseks või vaigistamiseks vajuta soovitud mikrofoni nimetuse all olevat nuppu. Näiteks lipsumikrofoni aktiveerimiseks vajuta "Lipsumikrofon" sildi all asuv nupp „ON" asendisse.
Ruumi laemikrofoni servas asuv indikaatortuli tähistab mikrofoni olekut: punane – mikrofon on aktiivne; valge – mikrofon on vaigistatud.
Laemikrofoni kasutades ei ole vaja eraldi lipsu- või käsimikrofoni kasutada.
Use the up (volume up) and down (volume down) arrows to adjust the volume of the room speakers. Press "MUTE" to mute immediatelythe sound.
To activate or mute the microphones in use in the room, press the button below the desired microphone namelabel. For example, to activate the lavalier microphone ("Lipsumikrofon"), press , press the button below the "Lavalier mic" label to the "ON" button.
The room is equipped with a ceiling microphone, which, depending on the selected mode, is able to capture sound throughout the room:position.
The indicator light on the side of the ceiling microphone indicates the status of the microphone: green red - the microphone is active; red white - The the microphone is muted.
The ceiling microphone is sufficient for capturing a presentation, lecture, recording, as well as questions and comments that are asked throughout the room. When using a the ceiling microphone, it is not necessary to use a separate lavalier or handheld microphone.The ceiling microphone has three pre-recorded coverage areas. To select them, press the "Settings" ("Seaded") button on the touch control panel:In the opened view, you can choose between three coverage areas: "Entire room" ("Kogu ruum") - the microphone catches sound throughout the room; "Screens area + speaker" („Ekraanide ala + kõnepult") - the microphone catches sound in the front of the room - in front of the screens and at the lectern; "Lectern" ("Kõnepult") - The microphone is directed narrowly only at the lectern area:
The sound captured by the room microphones is transmitted to the room computer (displayed on the computer as "Blackmagic Web Presenter") and to the Echo360 recording device. The sound from the room microphones is not amplified by the room speakers, the sound is directed only to the above-mentioned devices.
Video recording
The room is equipped with cameras for video transmission, lecture recording or video conferencing

Ruum on varustatud Barco ClickShare Conference juhtmevaba esitlus- ja videokonverentsiseadmega, Echo360 Pod loengusalvestuse ja -ülekande seadmega ning kahe kaameraga videokonverentsiks, loengu salvestuseks ja/või -videoülekandeks. Üks kaamera asub laes ruumi keskel (juhtpaneelil tähistatud kui "Esinejavaade") ning on mõeldud jäädvustama kõnepuldis ja ekraanide ees toimuvat, teine kaamera asub 86-tollise LCD ekraani kohal (juhtpaneelil tähistatud kui "Ruumivaade") ning annab võimaluse jäädvustada ülejäänud ruumis toimuvat.

Videoconferencing and/or -recording
The seminar room is equipped with a Barco ClickShare Conference wireless presentation and -conference system, an Echo360 Pod lecture capture and -livestream device and two cameras for video conferencing, lecture recording and/or -livestreaming. One camera is located on the ceiling by the windowsin the middle of the room (marked as "Presenter view" on the touchpanel) and is intended to film capture what is happening at the lectern and in front of the screens, the other camera is located on the ceiling in the middle of the roomtop of the 86-inch LCD display (marked as "Room view" on the touchpanel) and provides an opportunity to film what is happening on group work tables.
The image from the cameras is transferred to the room computer (displayed on the computer as "Blackmagic Web Presenter") and to the Echo360 storage device. capture the rest of the room.

You can display one camera image at a time on your computer and storage device. The active camera is selected by pressing the button with the desired camera name:Instructor View - Displays the lectern and / or screen area on the recording and computer.
Workspace View - Displays views of groupwork desks on your recording and computer.
Both cameras have pre-recorded positions. To select them, press and hold the desired camera button for 2 seconds. The pre-recorded positions of the selected camera are displayed. Changing the pre-saved positions of the cameras also opens in the "Settings" button view:From the settings view, you can also manually control the cameras to find a suitable frame using the wiki/x/DwArAg
Juhtmevabasse konverentsiseadmesse ja salvestus- ning striimiseadmesse suunatud kaamerat saab valida juhtpaneeli jaotuse "Kaamera valik" alt. Switching between the two cameras can be done by pressing the appropriate buttons in the "Camera selection" subsection on the touchpanel. It is also possible to use other room video sources instead of the cameras as an input for your conference, recording or stream, this is accomplished by pressing the appropriate button in the "Video input instead of camera" section of the touchpanel:
Kaameraid saab kadreerida "Kaamerate seaded" lehelt, selleni jõudmiseks tuleb vajutada juhtpaneeli alumises vasakus nurgas olevat "Seaded" nuppu. Võimalik on kasutada nii eelsalvestatud positsioone kui ka "Pööra/Keera" ning "Zoom" klahvide abiga leida enda tarbeks kõige sobivam kaader:
Camera positions can be changed from the "Camera settings" page which can be reached by pressing the "Settings" button found on the bottom left of the touchpanel. You can use the provided presets found in the "Camera presets" section or, by manipulating the "Pan/Tilt" and "Zoom" options.
Interactive LCD touchscreen and groupwork screens
The room is equipped with a touch screen next to the projector screen ("LCD touch screen" on the control panel). The main function of this screen is to control the content of the screens at the group workstations. It is possible to share the content of the touchscreen to any combination of the group workstation screens and to take over content of workstation screens and display them on the LCD touch screen etc.To perform the above image transfers, "Cynap" must be selected as the input for the LCD touch screen:
A view opens to control the content of the screens:
To share the contents of the LCD touch screen with all screens, tap the middle yellow dot and select "Share screen with all stations":
The contents of the LCD touch screen are now shared with all screens, as indicated by the setup view - yellow arrows indicate the direction of content sharing:
The contents of the LCD touch screen can also be divided only into selected workplace screens. To do this, tap the middle yellow dot and drag the arrow to the desired screen connection point:
Content sharing also works in the opposite direction. To display the contents of the workstation screen on the LCD touchscreen, drag the arrow from the desired workstation screen connection point toward the LCD touchscreen (middle yellow dot):
The contents of up to four work screens can be displayed on the LCD touch screen at one time.
To exit the content sharing view, click the arrow to the right of the view:
Various applications and content can be displayed on the LCD touch screen. For example, to open Whiteboard, press the "+" sign and select "Whiteboard":
Select "PC" to display the image of the computer on the LCD touch screen. This way you can display a presentation or other material from the computer on all workplace screensbuttons, find a framing that works best for You:
Interaktiivne valgetahvel
Seminariruumi interaktiivsele valgetahvlile on võimalik joonistada ekraani servadel hoiustatud magnetpliiatsitega, joonistatut saab kustutada sõrmedega ekraanipinda pühkides. Pliiatsi värvust, laiust ja stiili saab muuta paletist:
Paleti ilmumiseks tuleb magnetpliiatsiga teha ühele konkreetsele punktile ekraanipinnal pikk vajutus.
Interactive whiteboard
The interactive whiteboard can be drawn on with the magnetic pencils stored on the screen edges, to erase whats been drawn simply wipe with your fingers on the screen surface. The colour, width and style of the pencils can be adjusted from the palette:
To access the palette, use the pencil to press and hold on a point on the screen surface.
Interaktiivset valgetahvlit on võimalik kasutada ka kuvatud videosignaalile annoteerimiseks, selleks tuleb kõigepealt juhtpaneeli "FlipChart" tulbast valida sobiv allikas ning seejärel vajutada valgetahvli alumises servas kasti sisse näitava pliiatsi ikoonile:
Veelgi enam, valgetahvlit on võimalik kasutada ka välise puuteekraanina ruumi kohapealse arvuti küljes (kasutamiseks näiteks MS Teams'i sisseehitatud whiteboard'iga, MS PowerPoint esitlustele annoteerimiseks jne.) Selleks tuleb juhtpaneeli "FlipChart" tulbast lihtsalt valida "PC1" ning oodata hetk kuni ühendamine on toimunud
The whiteboard can also be used to annotate on top of a displayed video signal, this can be done by first selecting the desirable video source from the touchpanel (column labeled "FlipChart") and then pressing the pencil-pointing-into-a-box icon that appears near the bottom edge of the interactive whiteboard:
Furthermore, the interactive whiteboard can also be used as an external touchscreen when using the local room PC. This enables, for example, using the whiteboard to directly annotate on MS PowerPoint slideshows, the annotations can be saved into the PowerPoint file. This can be accomplished by simply pressing "PC1" on the touchpanel column labeled "FlipChart" and waiting a moment until the devices are connected.
