Vaba arvuti leidmiseks kasuta veebilehte ati.ttu.ee/klassi-staatus/index.php.

Hiirega arvuti kohale minnes näeb arvuti nime, operatsiooni süsteemi ning kas keegi juba kasutab vastavat arvutit. Juhul kui keegi kasutab, siis windowsi korral tuleb valida uus masin. Kui infot ei ilmu tuleb värskendada lehte.

For remote use of computer classes, FortiClient software must be installed, for which instructions can be found here. Kaugühendus FortiClient VPN / Remote connection with FortiClient VPN

Use the website to find a free computer ati.ttu.ee/klassi-staatus/index.php.

When you go to a computer with the mouse, you can see the name of the computer, the operating system and whether someone is already using the corresponding computer. If someone uses it, you have to choose a new machine for Windows. If the information does not appear, you need to refresh the page.

Windows arvuti kasutus

  1. Loo FortiCliendiga ühendus ülikooli võrguga

  2. Käivita Remote Desktop Connection program. Mac-i kasutajad saavad selle alla laadida Mac app storest. Microsoft Remote Desktop on the Mac App Store (apple.com)

  3. Kirjuta arvuti nimeks valitud arvuti nimi

  4. kasutajanimi tuleb panna kujul UNI-ID@intra.ttu.ee. Näiteks asdfgh@intra.ttu.ee

  5. Logi oma parooliga sisse ja hakka kasutama arvutit.

  6. Töö lõpetamisel tuleb kindlasti arvutist välja logida. Juhul kui oled arvutist pikemalt eemal toimub välja logimine automaatselt, et vabastada koht järgmisele kasutajale.

Windows computer usage

  1. Connect the FortiClient to the university network

  2. Start the Remote Desktop Connection program. Mac users can download it from the Mac app store Microsoft Remote Desktop on the Mac App Store (apple.com)

  3. Enter the name of the selected computer as the computer name

  4. the username must be entered in the form UNI-ID@intra.ttu.ee. For example, asdfgh@intra.ttu.ee

  5. Log in with your password and start using your computer.

  6. Be sure to log out of your computer when you finish work. If you are away from the computer for a long time, you will be logged out automatically to make room for the next user.

Linux arvuti kasutus

  1. Loo FortiCliendiga ühendus ülikooli võrguga

  2. Käsurea ühenduseks kasuta SSH klienti näiteks putty ja ühendu serverisse lx0.pld.ttu.ee

  3. Graafiliseks ühenduseks võib kasutada Remote Desktop Connection vaatajaga serverisse lx0.pld.ttu.ee

  4. Sisselogimisel kasuta oma UNI-ID.

  5. Pärast töö lõppu logi välja.

Linux computer usage

  1. Connect the FortiClient to the university network

  2. To connect to the command line, use an SSH client, for example putty, and connect to the lx0.pld.ttu.ee server

  3. You can use Remote Desktop Connection with the viewer to the lx0.pld.ttu.ee server for a graphical connection

  4. Use your UNI-ID when logging in.

  5. Log out when you're done.

Linux VNC-ga

Kuna Remote Desktop Connection pole Linux-i all väga stabiilne on soovitav kasutada graafilise ühenduse jaoks VNC-d / Since Remote Desktop Connection is not very stable under Linux, it is recommended to use VNC for graphical connection

  1. Loo FortiCliendiga ühendus ülikooli võrguga

  2. Kasuta SSH klienti näiteks putty ja ühendu serverisse lx0.pld.ttu.ee

  3. Loo omale vnc parool kui pole varem teinud käsuga 'vncpasswd', seda parooli kasutad hiljem vnc ühenduse käivitamiseks

  4. käsurealt käsk 'vncserver' , jälgi mis 'Display number' eraldatakse
