Süsteemi käivitamine
Seminariruumi esitlustehnika käivitamine ja juhtimine toimub puutetundliku juhtpaneeli kaudu, mis asub ruumi kõnepuldis:
Kui puutepaneel on pime ning ei kuva kasutajaliidest, puudutage paneeli keskosa et paneel unest äratada.
Kui kasutajaliides on Inglise keeles, leidke üles keelevaliku nupud puutepaneeli all ääres paremas nurgas ning vajutage ümmargusele Eesti lipu värvides nupule kasutajaliidese eestikeelseks muutmiseks.
Süsteemi käivitamiseks vajutage paneeli keskel olevat „Alusta" nuppu.
Sisu kuvamine ekraanidele
Seminariruumis on kuulajatele sisu näitamiseks 86-tolline LCD ekraan (juhtpaneelil tähistatud kui "LCD ekraan") ja 55-tolline interaktiivne valgetahvel (juhtpaneelil tähistatud "FlipChart"). Samuti on võimalik lülitada kõnepuldis asuva vasakpoolse arvutimonitori (juhtpaneelil tähistatud kui "Monitor") allikat. Soovitud allika soovitud ekraanil kuvamiseks tuleb vajutada vastavale nupule vastavas tulbas.
Heli seadistamine
Seminariruumis on kogu ruumi kattev laekõlaritega helisüsteem ning kogu ruumi ulatuses heli püüdev laemikrofon, alternatiivina on kasutamiseks ka üks juhtmevaba lipsumikrofon ning üks käsimikrofon. Heliseadete reguleerimine käib puutetundliku paneeli paremas ääres asetsevate nuppude abil:
Ruumi kõlaritest kostuva heli reguleerimiseks kasuta üles (helitugevuse tõstmine) ja alla nooli (helitugevuse vähendamine). Heli vaigistamiseks vajuta „MUTE".
Ruumis kasutusel olevate mikrofonide aktiveerimiseks või vaigistamiseks vajuta soovitud mikrofoni nimetuse all olevat nuppu. Näiteks lipsumikrofoni aktiveerimiseks vajuta "Lipsumikrofon" sildi all asuv nupp „ON" asendisse.
Ruumi laemikrofoni servas asuv indikaatortuli tähistab mikrofoni olekut: punane – mikrofon on aktiivne; valge – mikrofon on vaigistatud.
Laemikrofoni kasutades ei ole vaja eraldi lipsu- või käsimikrofoni kasutada.
Videokonverents ja/või -salvestus
Ruum on varustatud Barco ClickShare Conference juhtmevaba esitlus- ja videokonverentsiseadmega, Echo360 Pod loengusalvestuse ja -ülekande seadmega ning kahe kaameraga videokonverentsiks, loengu salvestuseks ja/või -videoülekandeks. Üks kaamera asub laes ruumi keskel (juhtpaneelil tähistatud kui "Esinejavaade") ning on mõeldud jäädvustama kõnepuldis ja ekraanide ees toimuvat, teine kaamera asub 86-tollise LCD ekraani kohal (juhtpaneelil tähistatud kui "Ruumivaade") ning annab võimaluse jäädvustada ülejäänud ruumis toimuvat.

Juhtmevabasse konverentsiseadmesse ja salvestus- ning striimiseadmesse suunatud kaamerat saab valida juhtpaneeli jaotuse "Kaamera valik" alt. Lisaks kaameratele on eelpoolmainitud seadmetesse kaamera asemel võimalik saata teiste ruumis olevate videoallikate signaali, see toimub juhtpaneeli jaotuse "Videosisend kaamera asemel" alt:
Kaameraid saab kadreerida "Kaamerate seaded" lehelt, selleni jõudmiseks tuleb vajutada juhtpaneeli alumises vasakus nurgas olevat "Seaded" nuppu. Võimalik on kasutada nii eelsalvestatud positsioone kui ka "Pööra/Keera" ning "Zoom" klahvide abiga leida enda tarbeks kõige sobivam kaader:
Puutetundlik ekraan ja töökoha ekraanid
Ruum on varustatud projektori ekraani kõrval asetseva puutetundliku ekraaniga (juhtpaneelil „LCD puuteekraan"). Antud ekraani põhiline funktsioon on töökoha laudade otstes olevate ekraanide sisu juhtimine. Süsteemi südameks on Wolfvision Cynap seadmed, mis võimaldavad LCD puuteekraanil olevat sisu jagada reaalajas kõikide töökoha ekraanidega ning ka töökoha ekraanide pilte üle võtta ja kuvada neid LCD puuteekraanil. Samuti on võimalik töökoha ekraanide piltide omavaheline kommuteerimine.
Eelpool mainitud pildiedastuste tegemiseks peab LCD puuteekraani sisendiks olema valitud „Cynap":
LCD puutekraanil oleva sisu jagamiseks kõikide töökoha ekraanidega vali LCD puuteekraani vasakus servas vastav vaade (nupu kuvamiseks puuduta ekraani):

LCD puuteekraani sisu jagamiseks kõikide ekraanidega puuduta keskmist kollast täppi ning vali „Share screen with all stations":
LCD puutekraani sisu on nüüd jagatud kõikide ekraanidega ning seda indikeerib ka seadistusvaade – kollased nooled näitavad sisu jagamise suunda:
LCD puuteekraani sisu on võimalik jagada ka ainult valitud töökohaekraanidele. Selleks puuduta keskmist kollast täppi ning lohista nool soovitud ekraani ühenduspunkti:
Sisu jagamine toimib ka vastupidises suunas. Töökohaekraani sisu kuvamiseks LCD puuteekraanil lohista nool soovitud töökoha ekraani ühenduspunktist LCD puuteekraani suunas (keskmine kollane täpp):
LCD puuteekraanile saab korraga kuvada kuni nelja töökohaekraani sisu.
Sisu jagamise vaatest väljumiseks vajuta vaate paremas servas olevale noolele:
LCD puuteekraanil on võimalik kuvada erinevaid rakendusi ja sisu. Näiteks Whiteboard'i avamiseks vajuta „+" märki ning vali „Whiteboard":
LCD puuteekraanil ruumi arvuti pildi kuvamiseks vali „PC". Nii saad kõikidel töökohaekraanidel kuvada arvutist näidatavat presentatsiooni või muud materjali.
Starting the system
The AV system is started and controlled by means of a touch-sensitive control panel located on the room lectern:
If the touchpanel is dark and not displaying the user interface, touch the central area of the panel to wake it from sleep.
If the interface is in Estonian, please find the language selection buttons on the bottom right of the panel and press the round British flag to change the interface to English.
Click the "Start" button in the middle of the panel to turn on the system.
Presenting content on the screens
The seminar room features one central 86-inch LCD display (marked as "LCD Display" on the touchpanel) and one 55-inch interactive whiteboard (marked as "FlipChart" on the touchpanel). You can also switch the sources displayed on the left computer monitor above the lectern (marked as "Monitor" on the touchpanel). To perform a switch, please press the button with your desired source label in the appropriate column on the touchpanel.
Audio settings
The seminar room features a sound system, a ceiling microphone which can capture sound across the entire room and two wireless microphones as an alternative. The audio settings can be adjusted with the buttons located on the right side of the touchpanel:
Use the up (volume up) and down (volume down) arrows to adjust the volume of the room speakers. Press "MUTE" to mute the sound.
To activate or mute the microphones, press the button below the desired microphone label. For example, to activate the lavalier microphone, press the button below the "Lavalier mic" label to the "ON" position.
The indicator light on the side of the ceiling microphone indicates the status of the microphone: red - the microphone is active; white - the microphone is muted.
When using the ceiling microphone, it is not necessary to use a separate lavalier or handheld microphone.
Videoconferencing and/or -recording
The seminar room is equipped with a Barco ClickShare Conference wireless presentation and -conference system, an Echo360 Pod lecture capture and -livestream device and two cameras for video conferencing, lecture recording and/or -livestreaming. One camera is located on the ceiling in the middle of the room (marked as "Presenter view" on the touchpanel) and is intended to capture what is happening at the lectern and in front of the screens, the other camera is located on top of the 86-inch LCD display (marked as "Room view" on the touchpanel) and provides an opportunity to capture the rest of the room.

Switching between the two cameras can be done by pressing the appropriate buttons in the "Camera selection" subsection on the touchpanel. It is also possible to use other room video sources instead of the cameras as an input for your conference, recording or stream, this is accomplished by pressing the appropriate button in the "Video input instead of camera" section of the touchpanel:
Camera positions can be changed from the "Camera settings" page which can be reached by pressing the "Settings" button found on the bottom left of the touchpanel. You can use the provided presets found in the "Camera presets" section or, by manipulating the "Pan/Tilt" and "Zoom" buttons, find a framing that works best for You:
Interactive LCD touchscreen and groupwork screens
The room is equipped with a touch screen next to the projector screen ("LCD touch screen" on the control panel). The main function of this screen is to control the content of the screens at the group workstations. It is possible to share the content of the touchscreen to any combination of the group workstation screens and to take over content of workstation screens and display them on the LCD touch screen etc.
To perform the above image transfers, "Cynap" must be selected as the input for the LCD touch screen:
To share the content on the LCD touch screen with all workplace screens, select the corresponding view on the left side of the LCD touch screen (tap the screen to display the button):
A view opens to control the content of the screens:
To share the contents of the LCD touch screen with all screens, tap the middle yellow dot and select "Share screen with all stations":
The contents of the LCD touch screen are now shared with all screens, as indicated by the setup view - yellow arrows indicate the direction of content sharing:
The contents of the LCD touch screen can also be divided only into selected workplace screens. To do this, tap the middle yellow dot and drag the arrow to the desired screen connection point:
Content sharing also works in the opposite direction. To display the contents of the workstation screen on the LCD touchscreen, drag the arrow from the desired workstation screen connection point toward the LCD touchscreen (middle yellow dot):
The contents of up to four work screens can be displayed on the LCD touch screen at one time.
To exit the content sharing view, click the arrow to the right of the view:
Various applications and content can be displayed on the LCD touch screen. For example, to open Whiteboard, press the "+" sign and select "Whiteboard":
Select "PC" to display the image of the computer on the LCD touch screen. This way you can display a presentation or other material from the computer on all workplace screens.
