Where can I find interim results?

  • Please go to menu: Studies (1)  ITEM RESULT (2).

  • By default, the list of courses for the current semester is displayed. If the course is missing, contact the assistant manager of your institute.

  • Click on the link "Interim performances" (3) at the end of the row of the selected course.

  • In the open view, it is possible to view, add and delete intermediate performances.

Adding a new interim performance

  • In opened page "Interim results" click on the link "Add new interim performance".



  • A form for adding a new interim result is opened. 


  • Fill out the form: mandatory fields are marked with a red * asterisk, the correctness and completion of which will be monitored. 
    • Semester and Course. Current semester and curse name are filled by default. If you have more than 1 course, a drop-down menu will be displayed, and you can select the course you want.
    • Type of learning outcomes assessment. select the type of learning outcomes assessment from the drop-down menu.
      • If you select "Other" from the menu, you should manually add the "Title of interim assessment of learning outcomes" and "Code". 


    • Minimum grade and Maximum grade. Enter the minimum and maximum grade value.
    • Percentage (%) of the final grade. If you have more than 1 interim performance, enter the value of the percentage of the performance in the final grade, if necessary.


    • Compulsory registration. The default is "Yes". If necessary, registration for intermediate performance can be made optional.
    • Additional information. If necessary, add additional information.


It is also possible to add intermediate performance times. It is not mandatory. Interim performance times allows the teacher to add multiple times to one intermediate performance time.

  • To add intermediate performance times, it is located at the end of the "Add new interim result" form.




  • Click on the “” icon to add result date and time.
  • Select the date, enter the time and enter the number of places and number of the room.
  • If necessary, select a group of audiences and enter the registration deadline. Click the “” icon to add a new interim assessment time. Click the “” icon to delete the interim assessment time. To save, press the “Save” button.
  • Click the “” icon to change the properties of interim assessment time.
  • If you click on the date, the student, who has registered for this interim assessment, will be displayed first (the student name and code are displayed in bold)
  • If there is no added date for the interim assessment, then the date must be entered in addition to the result

  • Click on the “Save” button to save, press on the “Print” button to print, and click on the “Export CSV Format” button to export in CSV format.
