Power BI raportite vaatamiseks peab kasutaja olema sisseloginud TalTech siseportaali veebilehele aadressiga: https://portal.ttu.ee.
Raportid on leitavad veebilehe vasakule joondatud sirvikust.
Vajutades ikoonile avaneb vaade:
Vajutades lingile „BI raportid“ laeb veebileht üles vastavalt kasutajaõigustele jagatud raportid.
Aruannete laadimise lõppedes saab rippmenüüst valida soovitud aruande.
Kui ekraanil kuvatakse allolev teade, siis tuleb lähtuda teate juhistest. Antud teade kuvatakse ka neile kasutajatele, kellel ei ole raportite vaatamise õigusi.
To use the Power BI reports, the user must be logged into the TalTech internal website: https://portal.ttu.ee.
Once the user has logged on, then the Power BI reports can be found on tab on the left of the web page.
Clicking on the icon opens a view:
By clicking on the „BI Reports“, the website uploads the reports according to the user permissions.
When the reports have finished loading, the user can select the report from the drop-down menu.
If the following message appears, follow the message instructions.
This message also displayed to users who do not have permission for any Power BI report.
