Login into the Research Professional database with the UNI-ID account

Research Professional is an online extensive database of research funding opportunities and a source of international research policy and practice news from over 30 countries around the world.
The database can be used without login in TalTEch internal network. In order to benefit from specific features like saving personified searches, bookmarking, setting the alerts etc is necessary to have a user account.
The instructions for login into the Research Professional database with the UNI-ID account:


1. Open https://www.researchprofessional.com/ in a web browser.

2. If you enter the website from outside of the university network, please skip this step and go to step 3.

    If you enter the website from the university network, click Log in icon top right.

3. Choose TalTech (unless it is already displayed) in the field under the text With your university account. Click Log in icon under the field.

4. In the next window insert your UNI-ID user name (kasutajanimi) and password (parool). Please use the short username not the full email address.
