Näites on tugiportaal inglise keeles, kuid tegelikult soovin seda kasutada eesti keeles. Keele muutmiseks vajutan töönupule “Edit account preferences” („Halda konto eelistusi“)
Avaneb uus aken aadressil https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences, milles on keele valimiseks rippmenüü „Language“
Valin rippmenüüst „Eesti“
Seejärel uuendan (refresh) tugiportaalis vaadet – tugiportaal on nüüd eesti keeles

Navigate to the Help Center from the top menu (https://taltech.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals)
Open your profile in the support portal
Help Center is in Estonian, but You would like to use it in English. To change the language, press the button „Muuda konto eelistusi“ (“Edit account preferences”)
A new window will open at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences with a "Language" drop-down menu to select the language
Choose "English" from the drop-down menu
Then refresh the view in the Help Center
