The lecturer has the opportunity to add additional information to his subject with study materials and the homepage.
Added material or other information is visible on the course syllabus information page.
- Please go to menu: Studies (1) → STUDY MATERIALS (2).
In the open view, all subjects that are (ever were) associated with the lecturer are presented.
- To add a new material and website, select the required course and click on the "Add new" link:
- NB!!! Do not press the "Back" button. The system automatically saves an empty homepage list. It can be deleted in the usual way.
- New study material or other information about the subject is added in the open view:
1. Block about the name of the course. The name of the course cannot be changed. The name of the homepage can be changed, if necessary, but it must not be left blank. The home page address is a link to the course information page of the Study Information System.
2. To add new material, click on the "Add new study materials/other info" link.
- The necessary fields are filled in the opened window. Depending on the type of element selected, different fields are displayed for pre-filling:
All forms have the same element:
- Public: whether the selected element, which is added to the course, is public to everyone or another option: (Open to everyone - means that it is also visible to others who have not logged in to the Study Information System - ÕIS)
- Content: all types of selected elements have content submitted for filling, except: "References to other homepages". Filled according to the selected type. The field is optional.
Types of elements: Extended courses, Messages, Study materials.
The view and the number of elements is the same.
- Extend course description file (1): a link, clicking on which opens a window where you can find the necessary file on your computer, which will be added to the subject.
- Materials from different homepage (2): materials are selected from another website that was previously added. May be for the same subject last year or assessment criteria that are the same for another subject.
- Homepages to which the same element is also added (3): adding this species to the selected substance, you can immediately add the same element to others.
- When all the necessary data have been added, press the green "Save" (4) button. By pressing the "Close" button or the cross "" element, the window closes, and the data is not saved.
2. Types of elements: Consultation, Practical class, Questions frequently raised, References, Other references.
- The view and the number of elements is the same.
- Homepages to which the same element is also added (1): adding this species to the selected substance, you can immediately add the same element to others.
- When all the necessary data have been added, press the green "Save" (2) button. By pressing the "Close" button or the cross "" element, the window closes, and the data is not saved.
3. Type of element: References to other homepages.
- Select pages for which to create a link (1): a page is selected to refer to from the selected course.
- Homepages to which the same element is also added (2): adding this species to the selected substance, you can immediately add the same element to others.
- When all the necessary data have been added, press the green "Save" (3) button. By pressing the "Close" button or the cross "" element, the window closes, and the data is not saved.
4. Type of element: References to external homepages.
- Homepage address (1): the website link is entered, where the subject information from the map is directed. This is usually done when the learning takes place in some other environment, and so that the student can familiarize himself with the content and process in advance.
- Homepages to which the same element is also added (2): adding this species to the selected substance, you can immediately add the same element to others.
- When all the necessary data have been added, press the green "Save" (3) button. By pressing the "Close" button or the cross "" element, the window closes, and the data is not saved.
