Starting the System

The presentation system of this room is started and controlled by means of a touch-sensitive control panel located on the table:

Projektsioonirežiimi valimine

“Üks ekraan” - peaekraanile kuvatakse korraga üks pilt.

“Üks ekraan + iMag” - peaekraanile kuvatakse kaks pilti: vasakule poole “Videokõne sisend” ning paremale poole “PEAEKRAAN” sisendid.

“Kaks pilti kõrvuti” - peaekraanile kuvatakse kõrvuti kaks “PEAEKRAAN” sisendit.

Choosing the Projection Mode

“One screen” - one image is displayed on the main screen at a time.

“One screen + iMag” - two images are displayed on the main screen: “Video call input” on the left and the “MAIN SCREEN” inputs on the right.

“Picture-by-picture” - two “MAIN SCREEN” inputs are displayed side by side on the main screen.

Süsteemi käivitus “Üks ekraan” algseadetes

• Ruumi arvuti on dubleerivas (duplicate) režiimis

• Puute monitorile on valitud ruumiarvuti PC1

• Peaekraanile on valitud ruumiarvuti PC2 - kuvatakse vastavalt dubleerivale režiimile arvuti dubleeritud pilti (ja laiendatud režiimile laiendatud arvuti pilti - vt. allpool režiimi muutmist)

• LCD 1 ei lülitu sisse

• LCD 2 peegeldab peaekraani pilti

System Startup in “One screen” Initial Settings

• The computer in the room is in duplicate mode

• Room computer PC1 is selected on the touch monitor

• The room computer PC2 is selected for the main screen - the duplicated image is displayed according to the duplicate mode (and the extended computer image is displayed for the extended mode - see changing the mode below)

• LCD 1 is not turned on

• LCD 2 mirrors the image of the main screen

• The speaker's camera is selected for the video call

• Performer's camera and PC2 for main screen is selected for Echo360 recording

• In the room, the voice lift is active, the speaker's area is amplified for the listeners

Sisu kuvamine ekraanidele

“Üks ekraan” režiim

• Peaekraanile kuvatakse korraga üks pilt, mida on võimalik valida “PEAEKRAAN” seksioonis:
  

• Soovides valida peaekraanile laiendatud (Extend) režiimi, on vaja arvuti klaviatuuril vajutada “Windows + P” ja valida ekraani paremas allnurgas “Extend” ehk laiendatud režiim

• Peaekraanile kuvatakse kaks pilti: vasakule poole “Videokõne sisend” ning paremale poole “PEAEKRAAN” sisendid (vt. eelmist punkti).

• Peaekraanile kuvatakse kõrvuti kaks “PEAEKRAAN” allikat.
  Valides mis tahes allika “PEAEKRAAN” sektsioonist, on võimalik valida kas allikas kuvatakse vasakule või paremale poole peaekraanil.

Puute monitor

Wacom Cintiq Pro 27” on pliiatsitoega puutetundlik ekraan (graafikalaud), millele on võimalik valida ka HDMI allikas.

LCD 1 ja LCD 2

• Confidence (esineja) monitoride allikate valimiseks leia juhtpaneelilt “Seaded” vasakul all nurgas

• Misjärel avaneb uus lehekülg ning ülemises reas vali “LCD ekraanide seaded”

Presenting content on the screens

“One screen” mode

• One image is displayed on the main screen at a time, which can be selected in the “MAIN SCREEN” section:

• If you want to select the extended mode for the main screen, you need to press "Windows + P" on the computer keyboard and select "Extend" in the lower right corner of the screen

“One screen + iMag” mode

• Two images are displayed on the main screen: "Video call input" on the left and "MAIN SCREEN" inputs on the right (see the previous point).

“Picture-by-picture” mode

• Two "MAIN SCREEN" sources are displayed side by side on the main screen.
  By selecting any source from the "MAIN SCREEN" section, it is possible to choose whether the source is displayed on the left or right side of the main screen.

Touch monitor

Wacom Cintiq Pro 27" is a pen-supported touch screen (graphics tablet) to which you can also select an HDMI source.

LCD 1 and LCD 2

• To select sources for Confidence monitors, find “Settings” in the bottom left corner of the control panel

• After that, a new page will open, and in the top row, select "LCD screen settings"

LCD ekraanide seaded

Sarnaselt peaekraanile on võimalik mõlemale LCD ekraanile valida vastavalt endale meelepärased ja vajalikud allikad.

• “Videokõne sisend” peegeldab sama allikat, mis on valitud juhtpaneeli pealehel “Videokõne sisend” sektsioonis. Võimaldab näha, mis pilt videokõnesse ja Echo360 kaamera sisendisse läheb ning vajadusel korrigeerida kas kaamera kadreeringut või muuta allika valikut.

LCD Display Settings

Similar to the main screen, it is possible to select the sources you like and need for both LCD screens.

• “Video Call Input” reflects the same source as selected in the “Video Call Input” section of the control panel home page. It allows you to see which image goes into the video call and the Echo360 camera input and, if necessary, adjust the camera framing or change the source selection.

• "Main Screen" reflects the (combined) image that is displayed on the projection screen.

Kaamerate juhtimine

Controlling the Cameras

There are two cameras in use in the room:

• lecturer's camera - which is located at the back of the room and is directed towards the speaker

• room camera - which is located behind the performer, to the left of the projection screen and is directed towards the audience

To control the cameras and change the settings, find "Settings" in the bottom left corner of the control panel

After that, a new page opens, and the first two options in the top row are the options for the corresponding cameras

Lektori kaamera

Võimalik on kasutada nii eelsalvestatud positsioone kui ka "Pööra/Keera" ning "Zoom" klahvide abiga leida enda tarbeks kõige sobivam kaader.

Lisaks on võimalus kaamera kadreeringut salvestada “Kasutaja 1” ja “Kasutaja 2” alla, hoides vastavaid nuppe mõned sekundid all.

Lecturer’s Camera

It is possible to use both pre-saved positions and find the most suitable frame for your use with the help of the "Rotate/Rotate" and "Zoom" keys.

In addition, it is possible to assigne user presets under "User 1" and "User 2" by holding down the corresponding buttons for a few seconds.

Võimalik on kasutada nii eelsalvestatud positsioone kui ka "Pööra/Keera" ning "Zoom" klahvide abiga leida enda tarbeks kõige sobivam kaader.

Lisaks on võimalus kaamera kadreeringut salvestada “Kasutaja 1” ja “Kasutaja 2” alla, hoides vastavaid nuppe mõned sekundid all.

Room Camera

Projector Settings

On the page you can get information about the status of the projectors and the working hours of the light sources.

• If necessary, the operating mode of the projectors can be changed from "Max bright" ➡️ "Quiet" - it also affects the brightness of the image.

• In addition, if necessary, the projection mode can be changed on the fly by pressing "Projection mode selection", after which a pop-up window opens with options:

Süsteemi seaded

Süsteemi seadete lehel on võimalik kasutajaliidese keelt muuta; lubata või keelata automaatset väljalülitamist ning lubata või keelata puutesignaali puuteekraanilt arvutisse. Algseadetes on eelnevad sätted lubatud.

System Settings

It is possible to change the user interface language on the system settings page; enable or disable automatic shutdown and enable or disable the touch signal from the touch screen to the computer. By default, the previous settings are enabled.

Mikrofonide seaded

Mikrofonide seadete lehel on võimalus laemikrofone vajadusel sisse/välja lülitada vajutades ON/OFF nupule:

Ning on võimalus sisse/välja lülitada voice lift (häältõstesüsteem mis võimendab inimese häält nii palju, et ruumi teistes osades olevad inimesed kuuleksid kõnelejat selgelt nagu kõneleja oleks nende kõrval):

Microphone Settings

On the microphone settings page, it is possible to turn on/off the ceiling microphones by pressing the ON/OFF button:

And there is an option to turn on/off voice lift (a voice lift system that amplifies a person's voice so much that people in other parts of the room can hear the speaker clearly as if the speaker were next to them):

To quickly turn on/off the microphones, there is a "Microphones ON/OFF" button at the bottom of the control panel's main page

Videokõne

Süsteemi tööle pannes automaatselt on võimalus videokõnet (Teams/Zoom jne) alustada ruumiarvutist. Soovides videokõnet alustada enda sülearvutis, on vaja ühendada lisaks HDMI kaablile (arvutiheli ja arvuti pilt sülearvutist välja) ka USB kaabel (mikrofoni heli ja ruumikaamera signaal sülearvutisse) ning juhtpaneelil muuta “Videokõne” valik USB peale:

Video Call

When the system is turned on, it is automatically possible to start a video call (Teams/Zoom, etc.) from the room computer. If you want to start a video call on your laptop, you need to connect not only the HDMI cable (computer sound and computer image from the laptop) but also the USB cable (microphone sound and room camera signal to the laptop) and change the "Video call" option to USB on the control panel:

Echo360

Juhtpaneelile on toodud ka Echo360 baasjuhtimis võimalus, kus on võimalik näha järgmist kavandatud salvestust, alustada salvestust ning lõpetada salvestus.

Echo360

The Echo360 control feature is also brought to the control panel where you can see the scheduled recording, start recording and stop recording.

Logitech Presentation slaidivahetuspult
