  • Guest accounts – used by structural units to temporarily grant access to computer labs or auditorium computers, for example, for conducting training sessions or seminars. Guest accounts are time-limited. The issuance of passwords for guest accounts is also time-limited. The password for the user account is provided through a corresponding request ticket.

  • Non-personalized Teams accounts for video meetings (presenter account) – these accounts are created for each structural unit for presentations where multiple individuals use the same computer one after another, and logging users in and out is not feasible. Non-personalized Teams accounts for video meetings are handed over to an employee authorized by the structural unit. Multi-factor authentication is not applied to these accounts.
