Approval or rejection of leave application

To approve/reject your employee's annual leave application, navigate to the self-service environment

Navigate to the "Manager's Taltech" view
Applications that need to be processed are displayed. The application statuses depending on the application type are as follows:

  • "Waiting for approval"

  • "Waiting for annulment"

  • "Change waiting for approval"

  • "Waiting for schedule approval"

Click "View" to process the employee's leave application.

Leave applications with the status "Waiting for schedule approval" cannot be approved one by one on a per-employee basis.

Opening "Leave Overview" displays an overview of all employees' leaves, including pending leave applications.

When opening the detail view, the leave application can be approved or rejected. When rejecting a leave application, add a reason. The employee receives an e-mail notification about the approval or rejection of the leave application, and in the overview of the employee's leave, the status of the given leave application is "Approved" or "Rejected".
