Changing the status of reservations
Viewing my rooms reservations
- Please go to menu: General information (1) → ROOM RESERVATION (2).
Click on the “MY RESERVETIONS AND APPLICATIOND” (3) tab opens by default.
- To narrow the search, fill in the form in the open view:
- Semester: In the pop-up menu, select the semester for which you are looking for reservations. Only those semesters in which a reservation was made are available:
- Status of the reservation: the booking status is selected, according to which the search is performed.
- Reason for making reservation: if necessary, you can select the reason for booking to narrow your search.
- Period. Start and end dates: can be entered manually by observing the DD.MM.YYYY (or DD.MM.YY) format or by selecting the required date from the calendar that appears when clicking on the event date cell or the calendar icon.
- Rooms: in the pop-up menu, there are rooms that the lecturer has ever booked, or someone has booked rooms in the name of the lecturer.
- Once the data is entered, press the green "Search" button.
- The system displays the search result as a table. Searched for bookings from previous semesters:
- Old bookings that cannot be changed are displayed. In this case, you can view the details of the reservation by clicking on the "View" link. The data is the same as in the lookup table:
Changing my bookings
- The search results in a reservation that can be changed:
- Clicking on the "Change" link opens a form where changes can be made:
- Change the necessary data and press the "Save changes" button.
Deleting my room reservations
- By pressing the red "Delete reservation" button on the reservation change page, the system deletes the reservation. And the reservation will become "Deleted" and cannot be changed.
