How to add consultation dates?

Adding one consultation date.

  • Please go to menu: Studies (1)  CONSULTATIONS (2).

  • The current semester is displayed by default on the open page.
  • On the consultations page, it is possible to search, add, generate, change and delete consultation times.
  • Click on the link “Add new consultation date” (3).


  • Fill out the form in the open popup window: mandatory fields are marked with a red * asterisk, the correctness and completion of which is monitored.
    • Semester choice: current semester is selected by default. Only current and next semester options are included in the list. (You cannot add consultation times in the past).


    • Lecturer: is entered automatically.
    • Date of consultation: It can be entered manually by observing the DD.MM.YYYY (or DD.MM.YY) format or by selecting the required date from the calendar that appears when clicking on the event date cell or the calendar icon. 
    • Consultation start time: Next, enter the time of the consultation. The time must be entered in the format DD:MM.
    • Consultation end time: Next, enter the time of the consultation. The time must be entered in the format DD:MM.
    • Room:  You should enter the number of the room where the consultation is taking place. (If necessary, you can move to the Room reservation system)
    • Places: if necessary, enter the number of seats to be planned.
    • Additional information: If necessary, additional information about the ongoing consultations is entered. 


  • To save the changes, press the green "Save" button.
  • The data of the added form is displayed in the consultation timetable. By clicking on the "i" information button, a window with additional information about the consultation date will appear.


Generating multiple consultation dates. 

  • To generate multiple consultation dates, click on the link "Generate consultation dates" on "Consultations" page:

  • Fill out the form in the open popup window: mandatory fields are marked with a red * asterisk, the correctness and completion of which is monitored.
    • Semester choice: current semester is selected by default. Only current and next semester options are included in the list. (You cannot add consultation times in the past).


    • Lecturer: is entered automatically.
    • Week day: the proposed choice of days of the week when the consultation will take place. Consultations must be generated separately for each day of the week.
    • Start of period and End of period: if the given fields are not filled in, the consultation will be automatically generated for the whole semester. It can be entered manually by observing the DD.MM.YYYY (or DD.MM.YY) format or by selecting the required date from the calendar, which appears when you click on the event date cell or the calendar icon. It must be observed that the date must be later than today's date.
    • Consultation Start time and End time: Next, enter the time of the consultation. The time must be entered in the format DD:MM.
    • Room:  You should enter the number of the room where the consultation is taking place. (If necessary, you can move to the Room reservation system)
    • Places: if necessary, enter the number of seats to be planned.
    • Additional information: If necessary, additional information about the ongoing consultations is entered. 


  • To save the changes, press the green "Save" button.
  • The data of the added form is displayed in the consultation timetable, except for the beginning and end of the period. The system records the dates on the days of the week provided in the selected period (or semester).



How to change and delete consultation dates?

  • To change the consultation dates, click on the existing link "Change" in the consultation selected in the consultation timetable on "Consultations" page.


  • On the opened page, change the necessary fields and press the green "Save" button. When the data is saved, press the "Back" button.


If necessary, the consultation time can be deleted. Press the "Delete" button.


The consultation time can also be split on the consultation page. To delete a consultation time, put a tick in the check box in front of the corresponding time and click on the link "Delete selected consultation times".
