New! Digital signing with Dokobit in ÕIS2
From April 8th 2026, digital signing in ÕIS2 is done via Dokobit.

On the grade entry form and on the grade sheet view forms (including the pop-up window), a button for digital signing is displayed. | On the application form, a button for digital signing is displayed.

When you click the button, a Dokobit window for digital signing is opened.

After successful signing, the status of the grade sheet is updated and the digitally signed document is stored in ÕIS. | After successful signing, the system links the signed file to the application form and changes the application status. |
Possible error messages: If the name of the user logged into ÕIS and the name of the Dokobit signer do not match, the following message is shown and the application is not approved. The system may also show the following message: “Could not connect to Dokobit. Please try again later.” This message is shown in case of technical issues with Dokobit.
