Microsoft Copilot – Tehisintellektil põhinev assistent
Microsoft Copilot on tehisintellektil põhinev assistent, mis on integreeritud Microsofti toodetesse, sealhulgas Microsoft 365 rakendustesse ja Windows 11 operatsioonisüsteemi. Copilot kasutab OpenAI GPT-4 mudelit koos Microsofti enda arendatud Prometheuse mudeliga, pakkudes reaalajas täpseid ja asjakohaseid vastuseid. Lisaks on assistendi funktsionaalsus laiendatud Bing Search tööriista kaudu, mis võimaldab otsida ja kasutada ajakohast internetist saadavat teavet.

Microsoft Copilot – AI-Powered Assistant
Microsoft Copilot is an AI-based assistant integrated into Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365 applications and the Windows 11 operating system. Copilot utilizes the OpenAI GPT-4 model alongside Microsoft's proprietary Prometheus model, delivering accurate and relevant real-time responses. Additionally, its functionality is extended through the Bing Search tool, enabling users to search for and leverage up-to-date information from the internet.
Designed to enhance productivity and creativity, Copilot offers intelligent suggestions and automates everyday tasks. It aids in drafting documents, analyzing data, planning projects, and solving complex problems. Microsoft presents Copilot as a tool to help users accomplish more while fostering creativity and efficiency.
When used with a UNI-ID account, all entered data is protected and kept isolated, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards. Copilot is also available as a mobile application, enabling users to access AI support on the go.

Open your web browser and go to the Microsoft Copilot website Microsoft Copilot: Your AI companion
Log in with your UNI-ID account.
Start a conversation by writing your question in the text field.
In the Microsoft Edge web browser:
Open the Microsoft Edge web browser
Log in to the Microsoft Edge web browser with your UNI-ID account.
Navigate to the top right of your web browser where you will find the Microsoft Copilot icon.
Click on the Copilot icon, after which a sidebar will open.
Start a conversation by writing your question in the text field or select compose and describe what you want to compose.
Paid Microsoft Copilot 365, an AI-powered assistant, is available in Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Requirements
A separate standalone Microsoft Copilot license (M365 Copilot Edu Sub Add-on) must be ordered, as it is not currently included in the university's standard offering.
The cost of the license is covered by the requester. The estimated cost of one license is approximately €360 per year, equivalent to €1 per employee per day.

Upon delivery of the license, it will be linked to your UNI-ID account, after which the Copilot functionality will begin to appear in your Office 365 applications. Currently, the availability of functionality varies significantly depending on the application (in some cases, it may take an hour, in others, a couple of days).
Usage:
Open your Office 365 application (such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint).
Find and click on the Copilot icon.
Start a conversation by writing your question in the text field.
