IntelliBoard FAQ

IntelliBoard is a learning analytics platform that provides users with insights into students’ activities and progress across different Moodle courses. IntelliBoard integrates data from our Moodle learning environment.

To use IntelliBoard, you first need to log in to the Moodle environment and then select “IntelliBoard” from the menu bar.

When using IntelliBoard for the first time, you must agree to the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

IntelliBoard can be accessed via Moodle on mobile devices, but the best user experience is provided on a desktop or laptop computer. Some features may be limited in the mobile view.

If you do not have access to IntelliBoard reports, you will see the message shown in the image below. At the moment, IntelliBoard access is available to programme directors, study consultants and teachers.

No, the data is updated once per day. This means that the information displayed in the reports may be up to 24 hours old. If you are looking for a reflection of the current situation (for example, today’s activities), this data may not yet be reflected.

Reports can be searched for on the homepage using the search bar or by browsing the IntelliBoard pages “My Datasets” and “Library”.

IntelliBoard displays data about students’ activities in Moodle courses, including:

  • logins and activity;

  • assignment submissions;

  • quiz results;

  • course progress.

Yes, reports can be customized by selecting appropriate filters and time ranges. To do this, click the “Filters” button.

In addition, you can search the data within reports using keywords by entering, for example, a student’s name or a course name in the search box.

If desired, you can also add or remove columns that IntelliBoard uses to search and display data. This allows for more precise and targeted searching.
