To approve/reject your employee's annual leave application, navigate to the self-service environment
Navigate to the "Manager's Taltech" view
Applications that need to be processed are displayed, click "View" to process the employee's leave application.
(Opening "Leave Overview" displays an overview of all employees' leaves, including pending leave applications.)
Approval of leave application
The employee's pending leave applications have the following status according to the type of application:
- "Waiting for approval"
- "Waiting for annulment"
- "Change waiting for approval"
- "Waiting for schedule approval"
When opening the detail view, the leave application can be approved or rejected. When rejecting a leave application, add a reason. The employee receives an e-mail notification about the approval or rejection of the leave application, and in the overview of the employee's leave, the status of the given leave application is "Approved" or "Rejected".
NB! leave requests with the status "Waiting for schedule approval" cannot be approved one by one on a per-employee basis.
