Click "Manager's Taltech"
The front page shows the period during which the head of the unit is able to coordinate the unit's leave schedules. 
Click on "Leaves in the schedule" to enter to the leave schedule coordination page.

The list of unit's employees is displayed for the head of the unit. For immediate superiors a list from direct subordinates is displayed.

 An overview of the employee's annual leave is displayed.

Leave days in schedule - information on how many days of annual leave the employee has submitted to the leave schedule in the current calendar year.

Possible leave days - information of unused leave days as at 31.12. or as at the end date of the employment contract if it is earlier  than 31.12.

Includes a period of 14 calendar days - information on whether one part of the employee's annual leave in a calendar year is at least 14 calendar days long.

The end of the employment contract - information about the end date of the employment contract if it is in the current calendar year.



Click "View" to in the employee's name column to open the employee leave overview.

In the employee leave overview, it is possible to:


see the employee's leave periods;

if necessary, submit (incl. change, withdraw) a leave application on behalf of the employee.

Go back to the leave schedule overview by clicking "Back to the leave schedule overview"

If the employee's leave period alings to the unit's work schedule, it is possible to mark the employee accordingly in the check box.
NB! The check box is a tool to manage the leave schedule of the unit, checking it does not change the employee leave status.

Confirm the unit's schedule by clicking the "Confirm the leave schedule" button
NB! Filling in the check boxes is not confirmation prerequisite.
