Applications for Dora Plus short study visit scholarship can be submitted by doctoral students, master's students and young researchers and lecturers through the TalTech Help Center. Applications can be submitted on the Help Center by anyone with a university UNI-ID account. The user can change the language on the Help Center by pressing the user’s character on the top right and selecting Muutke keelt/Change language. As language change does not affect everything, some of the fields and explanatory texts are displayed in both Estonian and English at the same time.

The system has automatically appointed the Dora Plus coordinator Kaire Kaljuvee as the assignee. After the final approval of the application by the director of the department, the assignee will receive an e-mail and a link to the respective Dora Plus scholarship application. She also sees all applications from Jiras Queues: https://helpdesktaltech.taltechatlassian.eenet/projects/TEAD/queues/custom/263
The assignee:
opens the application and start progress. An e-mail notice will be sent to the supervisor about starting the process;
can put the application on hold if, for example, some data needs to be specified;
