titleTalTech Moodle FAQ
QuestionAnswer
Can I use environments other than Moodle?Yes, if the situation requires it, but please note that it is much easier for students to get used to e-learning if teachers use the same environments that can be accessed with Uni-ID and that do not require the creation of additional accounts.
What should I do if I have never used Moodle?

You should start by ordering the pre-configured course page for your subject. To do this, see the FAQ 'How to order a new Moodle course'. To learn how to use Moodle, we recommend that you read the materials that open from the Moodle basics course. You can find Moodle instructions on Youtube.

What if the Moodle environment is temporarily down, for example due to a large number of users? In this case, it is necessary to wait for the system to recover or to send instructions to students exceptionally, for example through ÕIS, and also ask students for patience.
Where can I find Moodle user guides?

There are many Moodle user guides on the Internet. We share the most relevant of them on the Facebook page of the Education Technology Center. We recomment to follow us
