When the students finish taking the tests, a link View Proctorio Gradebook will appear next to Moodle test (with a slight delay).
Clicking on the View Proctorio Gradebook link will display the analytics view of the Proctorio service in the Moodle environment, where all the results are shown. In addition, if the number of test subjects is larger, the system calculates a baseline for all test subjects, from which deviations are noted in the Abnormalities field.
In this example, Siim Usin Tudeng has been marked for suspicious behaviour, and the validity of the identity document is marked in red. A closer look at the matter reveals that Siim has used a petrol station customer card instead of an ID card.
Instructors can click along the timeline to jump to different points in the video. The webcam icon in the top-right will open the Incident Log where all possibly suspicious activities are time-stamped. By clicking on log entry, this specific point in video will be displayed and the educator can assess whether it actually was a suspicious activity or not.
The Proctorio Behavior Settings page allows you to configure violation levels. Unlike the test itself (which is locked after the first examinee starts), these settings can be changed repeatedly. As a result, the risk score of the examinees' behavior also changes each time. This helps to remove unnecessary noise that algorithms may treat as suspicious activity, and to better focus on identifying real violations.
That's about it! The system at all its complexity is actually quite easy to use.
